Article 7. Delivery
Once payment for the Order has been received, the Products will be delivered to the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER when the Order was placed. An e-mail will be sent to the CUSTOMER informing them of the dispatch of the Product(s). The CUSTOMER may choose between different delivery methods.
For non-fragile packages weighing less than 30kg, the default means of transport is Colissimo with signature. If the Customer is absent, the package will be delivered to the nearest delivery point.
Packages over 30 kg that are fragile, such as mobile air conditioners, dehumidifiers and other items, will be sent by courier.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the delivery method chosen (home, point relais, post office, etc.), the weight of the parcel and the destination.
If delivery times exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the Customer reimbursed.
Article 6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-21 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen working days from the date of delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty. The customer must first make the request by post or by e-mail to retour.shop@e-homes.fr and write down the reasons for doing so. We will then return a returns agreement number with the address for sending us the product concerned.
The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, which means: Packaging in perfect condition (new, no dents, no tears, new safety tape), device protection (polystyrene, cardboard, foam) in perfect condition, protective plastic packaging in perfect condition (not torn), accessory in its original place, remote control battery tab in its original place, unused even once, accompanied by the initial signed Delivery Note. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the Customer.
On receipt of the return of the product(s), a check will be carried out by our services, and a confirmation email will inform the Customer of the status of the return: Whether or not it complies with our general terms and conditions of sale. Once the confirmation has been sent by e-mail by our services, the refund will be made by bank transfer within 30 working days on the basis of the amount inclusive of tax of the said appliance on the day of its purchase, excluding optional transport and ancillary costs.
In the event of unconfirmed returns:
The return of the product(s) will be at the customer's expense. To do this, the customer must pay the amount of the return costs before the departure of the product(s) by the means of payment that we will indicate to him/her.
